This is an Agreement between you and all persons you represent (and for purposes of this Agreement referred to as “you,” “your,” or “user” herein) and Country Cycle and Ski ("Country Cycle" and sometimes also referred to as “us,” “we” or “our” herein) regarding your access to and use of www.countrycycle.ca website and all content, information, products and services available on or through the website (collectively, the "Website").

Each time you use the Website you signify your acceptance and agreement, and the acceptance and agreement of any person you purport to represent, to be bound by this Agreement as it then reads, and you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to agree to and accept this Agreement on behalf of yourself and any person you purport to represent. If you do not agree with each provision of this Agreement, or you are not authorized to agree to and accept this Agreement on behalf of the person you purport to represent, you may not access or use the Website.

 

Permission to Use Website


You may use the Website to purchase product only if you are a resident of Canada, have reached the age of majority where you live and you can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Website is lawful, and you must comply with all applicable laws.

 

Changes to this Agreement


Country Cycle may, in its sole discretion, change this Agreement from time to time as it relates to future use of the Website, by posting a revised Agreement on the Website. By using the Website after this revised Agreement has been posted, you signify your acceptance and agree to be bound by the revised Agreement. You may not change this Agreement in any manner.

 

Payment Methods


Country Cycle accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you. Unfortunately, we cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution and then place the order again when the problem is resolved.

 

Currency and Sales Tax


All prices are in Canadian dollars.The amount of tax applied to your order depends on your location.

 

Limits of Responsibility


We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of the product.

 

Price and/or Description Changes


All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds, credits or corrections to your order. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.

 

Errors on Our Website


Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. Country Cycle and Ski reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, Country Cycle will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
